Marshall University is an official, international testing site for the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB). The score you receive on the MELAB is accepted for admission purposes by Marshall University and many other leading institutions throughout the United States, including Ohio State University, University of Illinois, University of Michigan, University of Minnesota, University of Texas, and University of Wisconsin (Madison). You can obtain a registration form for the MELAB from the Center for International Program's office. There is no fixed testing schedule, however, it is necessary to make an appointment at least one month prior to taking the test.
