FIRST MEETING

The Center for International Programs arranges airport pickup service and lodging for newly arriving international students. Transportation and lodging fees are the responsibility of the student. Please let us know if you will need our assistance when you arrive or if you will make your own arrangements for transportation and lodging.

The arrival service fees are as follows:

  • "One-Student" Fee for Charleston - $100
  • "Two or More Students" Fee for Charleston - $50 (per student)
  • "One-Student Fee" for Huntington - $50
  • "Two or More Students" Fee for Huntington - $25 (per student)

Payment of the airport pick up fee covers airport pick up by one of our student drivers and assistance with moving into your housing. This fee is to be paid to the Center for International Programs before you register for classes.

Students under 21 years of age are required to stay in the campus dormitory. Students over 21 who want to live off campus will be provided with an updated list of rental contacts. Marshall University does not arrange off-campus apartments for students.
