The Fulbright Scholar Program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the majority of the exchanges are administered by the Institute of International Education and its division of Council for International Exchange of Scholars. Dr. Leonard Deutch, Dean of the Graduate School, is the Campus Coordinator for the Fulbright Program at Marshall University. Information and application forms are available in the Graduate School office in Old Main 113. The following Marshall University scholars have received awards under the Fulbright Scholar Program to lecture, consult, or conduct research abroad.
